John Laffler, Renaissance Man
John earned an Associate Degree in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago. He spends most of his time at Goose Island - Fulton, but his dedication to anything beer keeps him dropping in at Metro, even after a full day in a much larger brewery. John earns his keep with his brave approach to solving problems and his ability to deliver deliciously dry humor even on the most challenging days. Really, we're pretty sure we're just a pawn in John's master scheme to conquer the world of beer. Fine with us. He can lift really heavy stuff and likes to work hard.
